In this work, I offer you a motto that reflects the essence of my teachings at Tantra Movement School. It is a response to all the contemplations and questions from my beloved students:

"I am just igniting the fire that is already within you. I am merely a channel for the energy of love that resides in all of us. Use it, don't lose it! Let it flow."

As a teacher of Tantra, I am here to guide you on your path of self-discovery and transformation. However, the true power lies within you. The fire of love burns brightly within every soul, waiting to be awakened and unleashed.

I act as a catalyst, a spark that ignites the flame, but it is you who must tend to it and keep it burning. Embrace the power of love within you and allow it to flow freely through every aspect of your being.

Do not let this divine energy go to waste. Embrace it fully, for it holds the potential to create profound shifts and awakenings in your life. Let it flow through your thoughts, your actions, and your relationships, transforming everything it touches.

As you embark on this journey of self-discovery, remember that the power of love is infinite. It is a force that transcends time and space, connecting us all as one. Embrace this universal love, and let it guide you towards greater understanding, compassion, and unity.

So, dear students, remember that I am here to support you, but the true teacher lies within. Ignite the fire of love, and let it lead you to a life filled with beauty, wisdom, and grace.

Eight heads of state of the Amazonian countries are gathering for a historic summit, and it's a once-in-a-generation chance to save the rainforest -- if we can massively pressure leaders to protect at least 80% of the forest and fully recognize Indigenous lands, while managing the rest sustainably.
