Honesty is a plain thing. It doesn't need hype. Now is a good time to be honest. Being honest makes space for realism AND surrealism. I propose we cultivate both of these isms right now. These courageous ones each found a personal, creative response to wage peace against the violence, artists ahead of their time. Now, they are martyred or exiled, but they lived for life.
