This is a platform for our affinity group, our squat Positivenest, our projects like Program Awakening, and the videos and posters manufactured by Spirit of Squatters Collective and a few others. Our idea is to bring a lot of positive messages and constructive solutions to the alternative movement. We try to avoid pessimistic news, except when we are fighting for freedom of speech. Police Violence against Reclaim Power demonstrators.-Video report
Thousands of protesters made a concerted attempt enter the Bella Centre to hold a people's summit. But they were stopped by police manning barricades and scuffles soon broke out. Police baton charged the crowd and fired teargas in an attempt to brake up the protest. At least 200 demonstrators were arrested.
